Teams must have a minimum of 4 runners and a maximum of 8 in male, female or mixed sex categories.

Mixed teams must have a minimum of 2 men and 2 women and all team members must be over 16 years old on race day.

Prizes are awarded to the first three teams in each category – the perfect opportunity to settle a local rivalry or raise money for your chosen charity!
